About Frank
D. Gretz . . .
Chief Technical Analyst
Frank Gretz joined Shields & Company in 1985 and heads-up the firm's Technical Analysis Group. With more than 30 years of experience in stock market analysis, he is a frequent guest on CNBC, CNNfn, and Bloomberg TV, and is often quoted in various financial publications.
He is also the author of Shields & Company's "Equities Perspective," a weekly commentary which offers observations from a technical or supply-demand perspective.
In addition, he is the General Partner and portfolio manager of
Shields Trading L.P, an actively traded equity hedge fund.

Robert J. Cummins .
Analyst, Vice
President Mr.
Cummins joined Shields & Company in May 2000. He has covered the
food industry as an analyst for more than 30 years, originally at Loeb,
Rhoades & Co., and then at Wertheim & Co., which subsequently
became Schroder & Co. He has been named to the Institutional
Investor All-America Research Team on numerous occasions and also to
The Wall Street Journal All-Star Analysts.
Mr. Cummins is a member of The New York Society of Security Analysts,
the Association for Investment Management and Research, and the Consumer
Analyst Group of New York, of which he is a past president. He is a
graduate of Fordham University and the Harvard Business School.

Analyst, Vice
President Mr.
Moore joined Shields & Company in 2003. Ray is an equity analyst specializing in electric utilities and related energy trading and natural gas distribution companies. He has over 30 years experience including stints at UBS (Dillon Read), CIBC Oppenheimer, and Nikko Securities. Ray is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), a Supervisory Analyst, a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts and co-founder of the Wall Street Utility Group. He is a frequent speaker at industry seminars, the most recent being the Edison Electric Institute’s Educational seminar in June 2004. He received both his Bachelors and Masters Degrees from Pace University.

Mr. Obolensky joined Shields & Company in 1990. Previously, he was with Jesup, Josephthal & Co. and Sterling Grace & Co where he was Senior Vice President of Research. Mr. Obolensky has more than 40 years experience in research and publishing and continues to provide advisory services to several foundations. He is a frequent guest on CNBC, CNNfn, and Bloomberg TV, and is often quoted in various financial publications. Mr. Obolensky has specific expertise in the areas of Aerospace, Oil & Gas, Metals and Minerals, Publishing and High Technology industries. He is a graduate of Yale University.

Dr. Silverman joined Shields & Company
in 1993. He has held analytical and supervisory positions with various stock exchange member firms, including Shearson Hayden Stone, Delafied, Childs and Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. Dr Silverman has specialized in consumer related industries, particularly retailing for over 30 years. He is a member of the New York Society of Securities Analysts, the Merchandise Analyst Group and the Textile and Apparel Analyst Group. He earned a Ph.D. in Economics from Columbia University.
